English Conversation between a travel Agent and Customer……

Travel Agent: Hello sir. Did you enquire for the booking to goa?

Customer: Yes.i did .

Travel Agent: How many people are you including the kids?

Customer: We are in tidal 9 members. Six are adults and three are kids.

Travel Agent; Sir though Goa has more or less the same temperature throughout the year, I hope you would like to book AC  rooms.

Customer: Yes that right we are three families so we need three double bed rooms.

Travel Agent: Yes you have mentioned it in our website as well.

Customer: Yes it is 

Travel Agent; Sir. We have recently designed  an amazing package for goa.

Customer: May I know the details of that package?

Travel Agent: Sure sir, its package of 5 nights and 4 days Breakfast will be complimentary for you. You will be flying to goa in economy class; you will be picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. Your complete tour will be our headache. The complete package for 9 persons is for Rs. 90000/-

Customer: Sounds cool! But if we want to visit any other particular beach which is not included in your package then?

Travel Agent: Not to worry sir Our executive will arrange transport for you but you'll have to pay for it then and Rest assured it'll be anyway cheaper than the actual local rates.

Customer:It’s fine then.

Travel Agent: So sir. When are you planning to go ?

Customer: Next month.

Travel Agent: That’s great. Even though the season will start next month, only you'll have a good time.

Customer: I hope so what will be the formalities required?

Travel Agent: Sir we will book the air tickets as you make the payment.we'll take the full payment in advance.

Customer: No problem How shall i pay?

Travel Agent: You can remit the money to our company account and let me know so that i initiate the booking and arrangements.

Customer: Let me discuss it with my family members and will see you tomorrow.

Travel Agent: Sure sir it was a pleasure talking to you 

Customer: Same here. Thanks.
